Growth Max: 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

This guarantee applies to the Growth Max plan only.

Growth Max includes a 100% money-back guarantee if you don't land a paying client from leads sourced through LeadReaper within 90 days of purchase — provided you meet every condition below for the full 90-day period.

Eligibility requirements

1. Minimum daily outreach. You must send at least 35 outreach messages to leads sourced through LeadReaper, every single day, for all 90 days.
2. Correct recency filter. Every pipeline run used to source those leads must use the "Active within the last 30 days" filter (or a stricter/shorter window). Leads sourced with a looser recency setting do not count toward this guarantee.
3. Zero missed days. You may not skip a single day of outreach for any reason. Missing even one day makes you ineligible for the 100% refund.

What disqualifies a claim

• Falling short of 35 outreach messages on any single day
• Using a recency filter looser than 30 days on any run whose leads you're counting
• Gaps or inability to prove daily outreach for the full 90 days
• Submitting a claim after the refund window has closed

Proof required

You must be able to provide verifiable evidence of outreach for every day of the 90-day period — e.g. sent-message logs, CRM/export records, or screenshots with visible dates. Claims without complete day-by-day proof will be declined. This is an all-or-nothing guarantee tied to full compliance — partial compliance (e.g. 89 out of 90 days) does not qualify for a partial refund.

How to claim

Email support@leadreaper.pro within 7 days of your 90-day period ending, with your proof of outreach attached. Claims submitted outside this window, or without proof, will not be honored.

Additional terms

• This guarantee covers the LeadReaper product fee only — it does not cover Apify or Airtable costs paid directly to those providers.
• LeadReaper reserves the right to independently verify submitted outreach records before approving a refund.
• This guarantee reflects effort and process — consistent outreach at the required volume, using correctly-filtered leads — and is not a guarantee of a specific number of leads, replies, or revenue outcomes.
• One refund per customer per purchase. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts on the same order.
